I was born in London in 1978, studied at Oxford and the University of Iowa and now live in Paris. I have taught creative writing at NYU Paris and am the author of a dozen books of poetry.

I am an actor of depth and versatility with experience in film, theatre and television and across multiple genres – drama, comedy, historical fiction, horror.
